1. General / 総則

This website is operated by ATTA TRADE (https://megacards.jp/). We specialize in selling Japanese trading cards, including Pokémon cards, to international customers.
当サイトは ATTA TRADE（https://megacards.jp/）によって運営されており、日本のトレーディングカード（ポケモンカードなど）を海外のお客様向けに販売しています。

2. Products and Pricing / 商品および価格

  • All products are 100% authentic Japanese trading cards.
  • Product images may differ slightly from the actual product due to lighting or manufacturing variations.
  • Prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and do not include shipping or import duties.
  • すべての商品は正規の日本版トレーディングカードです。
  • 掲載画像と実際の商品には若干の差異がある場合があります。
  • 表示価格はすべて日本円（JPY）であり、送料・関税は含まれておりません。

3. Payment / お支払い

We currently accept payments via WISE or PayPal only.

  • WISE: No additional fee.
  • PayPal: A 5% handling fee will be added to your total amount.

現在、以下の2種類の決済方法に対応しています：

  • WISE（ワイズ）：決済手数料は無料です。
  • PayPal（ペイパル）：決済金額に5％の手数料が加算されます。

ご注文後、お選びいただいた決済方法に応じて、お支払いの詳細をご案内いたします。

4. Shipping and Delivery / 配送・納期

  • Orders are shipped within 0 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • International shipping usually takes between 1 to 5 days, depending on your location.
  • Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees.
  • お支払い確認後、当日〜3営業日以内に発送いたします。
  • 海外への配送は国によって異なりますが、最短で翌日から5日程度で到着しています。
  • 関税・輸入税・その他通関に関わる手数料は、すべてバイヤー様のご負担となります。

5. Returns and Refunds / 返品・返金

  • We do not accept cancellations or returns after the order has been placed and payment has been made.
  • In cases of unavoidable circumstances, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged based on the total paid amount.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.
  • 商品注文後（支払い後）のキャンセルや返品は原則として受け付けておりません。
  • やむを得ない事情でキャンセルをご希望の場合は、キャンセル料金としてお支払い代金の15％をいただきます。
  • 万一、商品に破損や誤送があった場合は、到着後3日以内に写真を添えてご連絡ください。

6. Prohibited Use / 禁止事項

  • You agree not to use the website for any illegal or unauthorized activity.
  • 法律または本規約に違反する行為は禁止します。

7. Limitation of Liability / 免責事項

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or natural disasters. Products are sold “as is” with no warranties beyond manufacturer guarantees.
税関や郵便事情、天災による遅延に関しては責任を負いかねます。商品は「現状有姿」で販売され、メーカー保証以外の保証はございません。

8. Changes to Terms / 規約の変更

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
